Jennifer Deane is a Certified Professional Coach, Consultant and Facilitator. In 2001 she began a private coaching and training consultancy working with individuals and organizations to increase their awareness and effectiveness and provide the structure, accountability and guidance for individuals and organizations to determine where they want to go and then get there.
Development has been the theme of Jennifer's work with individuals, groups and organizations for the past 10 years. She has coached individuals on their personal and professional development plans, facilitated development related training to teams and groups, and consulted with organizations to establish and improve human resource development programs in their workplaces. Jennifer believes that for an organization to stay competitive and respond to the changing needs of their customers, it is critical for them to foster a culture of development.
Over the past 10 years working with a variety of people and organizations in multiple roles Jennifer has learned that her real value comes in her courage to share alternate perspectives to those in which her clients are presently standing. It is in providing structure for pause and exploration and in revealing hard truths and insights that Jennifer ultimately helps her clients to move forward and realize their goals.
