The Leaderstamp program is a foundational leadership development program for emerging or new leaders focusing on self-leadership. A Leaderstamp aka ‘leadership identity’ is a tangible representation of your values, strengths, goals, and leadership vision.

  • This is a self-scheduled meeting with you and your learning pod (Jennifer is not part of this meeting)

Session 5 - Design Habits & Goals To Fuel Your Productivity

  • Understand how habits fuel daily success as a leader

  • Identify specific habits to add/take away

  • Understand how to write a SMART goal and develop a goal

  • Understand how to communicate a different goal to different audiences

  • Prepare for your conversation with your leader

Session 6 - Capstone Session - Wrapping Up & Next Steps

  • Assess the current strength of your leadership identity now that the program is completing

  • Share highlights of your meeting with your leader and your Leaderstamp

  • Continue accountability pod meetings monthly for 6-12 months

  • Complete Program Evaluation within one week of program completion
