Accelerate Gender Balanced Leadership

Increase Female Promotability to Boost Profitability

High-performing businesses tend to have more women in leadership roles, according to studies by KPMG, McKinsey, and others.

Thirty-seven percent of leaders in higher-performing companies are women, compared to 19% of leaders in lower-ranked organizations. Companies with the highest levels of diversity (either gender, ethnic, or racial) are anywhere from 15-35% more likely to have financial returns above their industry’s national average.

PromoteHer 90-Day Program

Better balance leadership tables

Retain and advance your high potential leaders who identify as female. Join STEM and trades-centric companies like COWI, CIMS, D-Wave, and Thinkific to improve female promotability and female-direct leader relationships in your organization. Cohorts of women leaders, either intact teams or cross-functional groups, and their direct leaders are coached by Lisa, and PromoteHer co-founder Jennifer Deane, via a live, virtually delivered 90-Day program. It features assessment, education, and a culture project. Unique to PromoteHer is the focus on improving the extent to which women and their direct leaders are aligned on her readiness for promotion.

In PromoteHer, Lisa and Jennifer have used research to design a program targeted at addressing one of the primary barriers to increasing female representation at senior levels in STEM organizations - women are not being promoted at a rate equal to that of their male counterparts. Not only do participants explore how to enhance their promotability competencies, but the program also closely involves their direct leader in the learning journey ensuring they are setting a plan for career advancement together. This is a very valuable program, and I highly recommend it.
