PromotAbilities helps organizations accelerate balanced leadership by increasing the overall Promote-Ability of emerging to mid-level leaders.

Participation will help your employees to better position themselves for future opportunities for advancement or lateral movement across the organization. 

This live, online leadership development program is designed to empower and equip your employees with capabilities, tools, and an approach to manage their careers more effectively.  The program focuses on increasing the participants' promotability via measurement, education and calibration. The program anchors are the Promotability Assessment, Live Virtual Competency training and employee-direct leader alignment.

In PromoteHer, Lisa and Jennifer have used research to design a program targeted at addressing one of the primary barriers to increasing female representation at senior levels in technology organizations, the fact that women are not being promoted at a rate equal to that of their male counterparts. 


Not only do our participants get to explore how to enhance their promotability competencies, but the program also closely involves the leader/sponsor in the learning journey, to ensure together they are setting a plan for career advancement. This is a very valuable program and I highly recommend it.
